Bringing you to a telephone conversation with a manager
The script helps automate communication with the user after leaving a request to increase the conversion to a conversation with a manager.
How the script works
The user left a request for a course.
During non-working hours, the user will receive a message that their application has been received and will be contacted during working hours. Notification of non-working hours improves the user’s experience of interacting with your online school and increases the chance of a purchase.
During working hours, the manager sees the application and calls about it as soon as possible.
If the user does not answer the call, the manager changes the status in the CRM to “Could not get through”.
A minute after the status change in the CRM, the How an online school can user receives a message asking whether the call is relevant for him. If the call is relevant, the bot informs when and from what number the manager will call. This way the user will be sure that this is not spam and will answer the call.
If the user is subscribed to a Telegram bot, messages can be sent to the bot. If only the phone number is known, then use WhatsApp or SMS.
Sending messages if the status in CRM has changed to “Couldn’t get through”
Getting to a trial lesson
The script increases the reach of the lesson with the help of cascading cross-channel mailings.
How the script works
The user signs up for a trial lesson and receives lesson reminders in different channels until they confirm their sign up or until the lesson starts.
The first message is a confirmation of the lesson registration, it is sent immediately. Carrot quest tools allow you to make messages personalized. For example, you can specify information about the lesson, date and teacher.
In the following messages we remind about the lesson and ask the user to confirm participation.
In the diagram, we have given an example of a mailing for a user who is subscribed to the Telegram bot and has indicated their email. If the user is not subscribed to the Telegram bot, you can start communicating via email. WhatsApp and SMS should be connected if the user has not read the message in the email or has not confirmed the entry, as they are more expensive.
It is better to make the final reminder via SMS 10 minutes before the lesson. This way the user is more likely to see the message and come to the lesson.
